2.10.9. Replacement of a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank (petrol engines)Removal
Open a cowl.
Disconnect the rechargeable battery.
Disconnect a weight clip from a weight conclusion.
Disconnect a tube jellied mouths of the fuel tank. For this purpose open a cover of the hatch of a bulk mouth of the fuel tank (3)
Uncover a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Remove a rubber cover.
Turn off a bolt.
Attach a stopper of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Remove the right back wheel.
Lift the car half.
Remove the right back wheel.
Remove internal facing of a wheel arch, having turned off 2 bolts and two nuts.
Lift the car half.
Release a back collar of fastening of the muffler, for this purpose turn off a fastening nut.
Remove the back muffler from an arm in 2 places.
Disconnect the back muffler from the central muffler.
Disconnect a plait of wires of the sensor of concentration of oxygen (management of catalytic converter).
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires and turn off 4 clips.
Disconnect a forward exhaust pipe with the forward muffler from catalytic converter having turned off 3 nuts of fastening.
Remove a forward exhaust pipe with the forward muffler.
Remove from an arm in 4 places.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of the module in a tank.
Disconnect 2 fuel-supply lines.
Disconnect 2 quick disconnect couplings.
Close the ends of fuel-supply lines by means of special caps.
Remove a cable of the parking brake system from an arm in 3 places.
Disconnect a tube jellied mouths of the fuel tank. For this purpose remove a collar and turn off a fastening bolt.
Disconnect a fuel moisture separator from a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank, having turned off a fastening bolt.
Remove a jack.
Remove 2 collars of fastening of the fuel tank, turn off 4 bolts.
Remove the fuel tank with a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.

NOTE
The tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank has to be passed over a back axis.

ATTENTION
Make sure that unions of the fuel tank are not damaged at a detachment of hoses.
|
Leak from the damaged unions can lead to the fire.
Disconnect a moisture separator from a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Disconnect 3 cable couplers.
Disconnect 2 ventilating hoses (4) and (5)

NOTE
Cut off on a dashed line a sharp knife.

Remove 2 ventilating hoses from an arm and disconnect them from a bulk pipe. in 4 places.
Disconnect a hose of supply of fuel from a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Weaken a fastening collar.
Installation
Attach a hose of supply of fuel to a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Fix a collar by the moment of 3,5 N · m.
Attach a ventilating tube to a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Connect a ventilating tube.
Attach a fuel moisture separator.
Connect 2 ventilating hoses.
Remove 2 ventilating hoses from an arm.
Fix on a bulk pipe in 4 places.
Establish 3 cable couplers.
Install the fuel tank with a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Attach 2 collars of fastening of the fuel tank.
Tighten 4 bolts of fastening the moment of 20 N · m.
Lift a jack.
Attach a fuel moisture separator to a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank and tighten a fastening bolt.
Attach a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank, tighten a bolt and fix by a collar.
Establish a cable of the parking brake system in an arm.
Connect 2 fuel-supply lines.
Connect 2 quick disconnect couplings.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires of the module in a tank.
Establish a forward exhaust pipe with the forward muffler.
Attach a forward exhaust pipe with the forward muffler to catalytic converter, tighten the moment 20 N · m.
Establish new laying.
Tighten 3 new nuts of fastening the moment of 20 N · m.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of concentration of oxygen (management of catalytic converter).
Install the back muffler.
Attach the back muffler to the forward muffler.
Fix the back muffler and tighten a fastening collar the moment of 18 N · m.
Lower the car half.
Establish internal facing of a back right wheel arch.
Establish the right back wheel.
Lower the car half.
Tighten the right back wheel.
Attach a tube of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Remove a stopper of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Establish a rubber cover.
Attach a stopper of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank.
Close a cover of the hatch of a bulk mouth of the fuel tank.
Connect the rechargeable battery.
Connect a weight clip to a weight conclusion.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
