2.10.4. Replacement of the module of a dosage

ATTENTION
During the work with fuel system pay attention to purity as, even the smallest particles of dirt can result in malfunctions in operation of the engine or fuel system.

Removal
Open a cowl.
Disconnect the rechargeable battery.
Disconnect connection with weight from a weight conclusion.

ATTENTION
The module of a dosage and area have to be cleared of jellied lubricant around.
|
|
ATTENTION
After removal, the module of a dosage and area have to be cleared around again.
|
Remove the dosage module.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening.

ATTENTION
Do not incline the dosage module.
|
Turn the module of a dosage and remove it holding horizontally.
Installation
Clear an opening and the condensed surfaces, using fabric without pile.
Install the new module of a dosage.
Cover consolidation with pure engine oil.
Install the dosage module horizontally and turn.
Tighten 3 bolts the moment of 6 N · m.
Fix the socket of a plait of wires.
Connect the rechargeable battery
Attach connection with weight to a weight conclusion.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
