2.1.5. Check of pressure of compression (Z10XE, Z10XEP, with the conditioner)

NOTE
The engine has to be heated-up (temperature of min. oil of 80 °C).

Procedure of check
Open a cowl.
Dismantle the ignition module.
Uncover the ignition module, shift it to the right.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening.
Take out a cover by means of KM-6009 1 adaptation.

NOTE
Do not warp the provision of a cover.
|
Dismantle spark plugs.
Unscrew 3 candles by means of KM-194-E adaptation.
Dismantle the relay of the fuel pump.
Uncover the block of safety locks.
Take out the relay of the fuel pump (shooter).
Check compression pressure.

NOTE
For this procedure it is necessary to involve two people.
|
Press an accelerator pedal.
Hold the provision of full loading.
Start the engine (approximately on 4 c).

NOTE
Speed of the engine has to be not less than 300 min.-1.
|
Compare values of pressure of compression.
Maximum difference of pressure of 100 kPa (1 bar).
Install the relay of the fuel pump.
Establish into place a cover of the block of safety locks.
Establish spark plugs.
By means of KM-194-E tighten 3 candles with the moment of 25 N · m.
Install the ignition module.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening with the moment of 8 N · m.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires.
Establish an ignition module cover.
Close a cowl.
