2.1.2. Check of pressure of oil (Z10XE, Z10XEP)

NOTE

Before holding a procedure of check the engine has to be heated-up (temperature of min. oil of 80 °C).

Procedure of check

Open a cowl.

Remove the oil pressure relay.

Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.

Substitute the reception pallet.

Install special KM-498-B adaptation.

Check engine oil pressure.

Start the engine.

Pressure of oil of the engine has to be about 150 kPa (1,5 bars) on idling turns.

Stop the engine.

Remove special KM-498-B adaptation.

Install the oil pressure relay upon a head of cylinders and tighten the moment of an inhaling 20 N · m.

Replace a sealing ring. Connect the socket of a plait of wires.

Check and if necessary modify the level of engine oil.

Close a cowl.
