4.4.6. Dismantling and assembly of a depreciation rack

NOTE
Replace springs and shock-absorbers only with couples.

Removal
Remove a depreciation rack 1.
Install KM-6066 2 adaptation on a workbench or to clamp in a vice.
Establish a depreciation rack 3 on KM-6066.
Install MKM-6068-10 adaptation on MKM-6068.
Install MKM-6068 1 adaptation and pull a spring.
Note placement and the ustanovkany provision of knots it will not be unloaded on the persistent bearing yet.
Remove the persistent bearing (shooter) from a shock-absorber piston rod.
Unscrew a nut – hold it with the suitable tool.
Remove the top damping ring and the top persistent bearing with a spring nest.
Remove the persistent shock-absorber from a shock-absorber piston rod.
Remove a screw spring by means of MKM-6068 1 adaptation from a basic pipe of a depreciation rack.
Installation
Establish a spring on a basic pipe of a depreciation rack 3.
Insert a spring with MKM-6068 1 adaptation into a basic pipe of a depreciation rack.
Put on the persistent shock-absorber a piston rod.
Put on the persistent bearing with a spring nest above and the top damping ring – before define noted ustanovkany situation and an arrangement.
Install the persistent bearing on a shock-absorber piston rod, using the suitable tool
Tighten a new nut (shooter) of 50 N · m.
Unclench the device for compression of a spring of MKM-6068 1 and remove from a spring.

NOTE
You monitor the correct landing of a spring.

Remove a depreciation rack from KM-6066 2 adaptation.
Establish a depreciation rack.
Check wheel disorder, if necessary adjust.
