4.4.2. Removal and installation of a rotary fist
Remove a forward wheel.
Note situation concerning a wheel nave.
Removal of a half shaft from a wheel nave.
Take off a dust cap.
The dust cap is not removed without damages.
Remove the lock forelock 2 from a nut of a half shaft 3.
Install KM-6610 adaptation on a wheel nave by two screws of a wheel 4.
Remove a nut of a half shaft 3, hold KM-6610 5 together with the extender KM-956-16.
Remove KM-6610 adaptation.
Remove a brake disk.
Remove a head of cross steering draft.
Install CH-47658 2 adaptation in the correct situation.
Center by means of a nozzle of a face key.
Use the suitable plug 4. The plug 4 has to adjoin densely to the lever of cross steering draft 3. Tighten CH-47658 2 adaptation for a hexagon 1.
Unscrew a nut 5.
Remove CH-47658 2, weaken with the help of a hexagon 1.
Remove the holder of the wheel sensor 1 with the ABS wheel sensor from a rotary fist.
Unscrew the screw.
Remove a head of cross steering draft 2.
Remove KM-507-C 3 adaptation from a rotary fist.
Remove a rotary fist from the directing hinge.
Unscrew a nut with the screw 4.
Remove a basic pipe of a depreciation rack from a rotary fist.
When replacing a rotary fist reinstall the closing plate of a brake disk and use the new bearing of a wheel.
Unscrew 2 nuts with the screw 5.
Establish a rotary fist 1.
Implant a rotary fist into the directing hinge of the lever of an independent suspension bracket 2.
Remove a half shaft 3 in a wheel nave.
Establish a basic pipe of a depreciation rack on a rotary fist, tighten 2 new screws of a nut of 4 80 N · m + 60 ° +15 °.
Tighten the screw 7 of the directing hinge of 60 N · m.
Use a new nut.
Establish a head of cross steering draft 6 on a rotary fist.
Install CH-47658 adaptation in the correct situation.
Center by means of a nozzle of a face key. Use the suitable plug. The plug has to adjoin to the lever of cross steering draft densely. Tighten CH-47658 adaptation for a hexagon.
Tighten a nut of 35 N · m.
Remove CH-47658 adaptation, weaken its fastening with the help of a hexagon.
Establish the holder of the wheel sensor 5 with the ABS wheel sensor on a rotary fist 8 N · to m.
Establish a brake disk.
Fix a half shaft on a wheel nave.
Establish KM-6610 1 with 2 screws of a wheel on a wheel nave.
Tighten a new koronchaty nut 1 and a washer 2 on a half shaft of 120 N · m.
Hold KM-6610 4 adaptation together with the extender KM-956-1 6.
Weaken a koronchaty nut 1 still koronchaty nut 1 will not turn by hand.
Tighten a koronchaty nut of 1 20 N · m + 90 °.
Install the new lock forelock.
If it is necessary, turn a koronchaty nut 1 back until the opening under the forelock does not rise coaxially with the following cut of a koronchaty nut.
Remove KM-66104 adaptation.
Establish a new dust cap 5 on a wheel nave.
Establish a forward wheel – the moment of an inhaling of 110 N · to m.
