4.4.5. Removal and installation of a depreciation rack with the shock-absorber

Removal
Remove the top nut 2 from a depreciation rack.
Remove a protective cap 1 from the shock-absorber.
Remove a forward wheel.
Note situation concerning a wheel nave.
Remove a pendulum 3 from a basic pipe of a depreciation rack.
Hold two flat surfaces of a spherical finger of the hinge with an open wrench.
Exempt a plait of wires of the ABS 4 wheel sensor from clips in the depreciation rack directing on a basic pipe.
Remove a depreciation rack.
Unscrew 2 screws 5 of a basic pipe of a depreciation rack on a rotary fist.
Take a depreciation rack from a wheel niche.

Installation
Establish a rack on a dome of a depreciation rack.
Freely twist a nut 1.

NOTE
Use a new nut

Establish a basic pipe of a depreciation rack on a rotary fist.
Tighten 2 new screws 3 and a new nut of 80 N · m + 60 ° + 15 °.
Connect a plait of wires of the ABS 2 wheel sensor to the holder's clips on a basic pipe of a depreciation rack.
Mount a pendulum 1 on a basic pipe of a depreciation rack of 65 N · m.
Use a new nut.
Hold two flat surfaces of a spherical finger of the hinge with an open wrench.
Establish a forward wheel of 110 N · to m.
Lower the car on the earth.
Tighten the top nut of 2 55 N · m.
Put on a protective cap 1 the shock-absorber.
Check wheel disorder, if necessary adjust.
