2.5.1. Replacement of fuel nozzles (one or all) (Z10XE, Z10XEP, without conditioner)Engine control unit

NOTE
On cars since a year of release 04 with ESP – after each detachment of the accumulator the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel loses the main installation. It is necessary to calibrate it anew.

Removal
Open a cowl.
Disconnect plugs of the rechargeable battery.
Disconnect a weight wire.
Dismantle the soaking-up branch pipe 4.
Turn off 2 nuts.
Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine from a cover of a head of cylinders 5.
On the Z10XEP engine remove the soaking-up air hose.
Release a collar.
Disconnect 2 sockets of a plait of wires – a termoanemometrichesky film mass flowmeter of air 2, the valve of ventilation of a tank 1.
Dismantle a termoanemometrichesky film mass flowmeter of air 3.
Release 2 collars.
Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine 1 from a cover of a head of cylinders.
Disconnect 4 sockets of a plait of wires of a control system of the engine.
Disconnect the module of a butterfly valve 2, fuel nozzles 3.
On the Z 10 XEP engine: dismantle a casing of a pipe of the fuel distributor.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening.

NOTE
Consider safety regulations and laws existing in the country.
|
Reduce fuel pressure by means of the KM-J-34730-91 manometer.
Turn off a protective cap of the control union 2 on a tube of the fuel distributor 1.

NOTE
The control union on the Z 10 XEP engine is located on a pipe of the fuel distributor from above.
|
Dismantle a fuel-supply line 2 by means of KM-796-A adaptation.
Release a fuel-supply line.
Close by means of KM-807 adaptation.
Dismantle the module of a butterfly valve.

NOTE
The cooling system has to remain closed.
|
Turn off 4 bolts of fastening 1.
Dismantle a pipe of the fuel distributor 3.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening.
Dismantle 3 fuel nozzles.
Dismantle 3 lock brackets 2.
Replace 6 sealing rings of fuel nozzles 1.
Installation
Clean sealing surfaces of an inlet collector and the module of a butterfly valve.
Establish fuel nozzles.
Insert fuel nozzles.
Establish lock brackets.

NOTE
Observe assembly situation. The groove in a lock bracket has to enter gearing with a ledge of a fuel nozzle (shooter).

Establish a pipe of the fuel distributor.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 6 N · m.
Install the module of a butterfly valve.
Replace consolidation.
Tighten 4 bolts of fastening the moment of 7 N · m.
Establish a fuel-supply line.
Take out KM-807 adaptation.
Establish a fuel-supply line.

NOTE
Connection has to be recorded with click.

Fix a fuel-supply line.
Connect 4 sockets of a plait of wires of a control system of the engine.
On the Z 10 XEP engine: establish a casing of a pipe of the fuel distributor.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening.
Establish a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine.
Fix a collar.
Establish the soaking-up branch pipe.
Establish a termoanemometrichesky film mass flowmeter of air.
Fix 2 collars.
Connect 2 sockets of a plait of wires, a termoanemometrichesky film mass flowmeter of air, the valve of ventilation of a tank.
On the Z 10 XEP engine: establish the soaking-up air hose.
Tighten a collar the moment of 3,5 N · m.
Establish a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine.
Tighten 2 nuts of fastening the moment of 8 N · m.
Connect plugs of the rechargeable battery.
Откалибруйтеь sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel.
Include ignition.
Turn a steering wheel once from the right extreme situation to the left extreme situation.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
