2.3.5. Replacement of a radiator (Z10XE, Z10XEP, with the conditioner)

NOTE
On cars since a year of release 04 with ESP – after each detachment of the accumulator the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel loses the main installation. It needs to be calibrated anew.

Removal
Disconnect plugs of the rechargeable battery.
Disconnect a weight wire.
Merge cooling liquid.
Substitute the reception pallet.
Open a carving stopper of a drain opening (shooter).
Release a forward covering above.
Unscrew 3 bolts of fastening 1.
Lift the car.
Release a forward covering below.
Release 3 clips 2.
Turn off 4 bolts of fastening 1.
Turn off 2 nuts 3.
Remove a forward covering.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of temperature.
Lower the car.
Disconnect a clip from the case of the fan (shooter).
Remove, having pulled down.
Dismantle a sound signal.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
Turn out a bolt.
Lower the car.
Merge cooling liquid.
Substitute the reception pallet.
Open a carving stopper of a drain opening (shooter).
Dismantle the soaking-up pipe 1.
Pull out the oil meter probe.
Turn out a bolt 2.
Remove perepuskny a hose from a radiator.
Remove a radiator hose above.
Release 2 collars.
Dismantle a radiator hose below.
Release a collar.
Disconnect a hose of a radiator from the case of the fan and the holder of the hydrounit.
Remove the fan case.
Disconnect 2 sockets of a plait of wires.
Motor of the auxiliary fan, pneumatic switch.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening 1.
It is careful to pull the case of the fan up and to put on the engine.
Release the refrigerating condenser.

NOTE
The air conditioning system remains closed.

Turn off 2 bolts of fastening (arrow).
Take out the condenser from the holder.
To suspend the condenser.
Dismantle a radiator.
Dismantle 2 holders of a radiator below.
Turn off 4 bolts of fastening.
Carefully pull out a radiator, having pulled down.
Installation
Establish a radiator.
Close a carving stopper of a drain opening of cooling liquid.
Insert a radiator.
Establish 2 holders of a radiator below.
Tighten 4 bolts of fastening the moment of 25 N · m.
Fix the refrigerating condenser.
To unhook the condenser.
Insert in the holder.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 5 N · m.
Install the fan case.
Carefully spread the fan case.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 5 N · m.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires.
Below establish a radiator hose.
Fix a collar.
Fix a hose.
Above establish a radiator hose.
Fix 2 collars.
Establish perepuskny a hose.
Establish the soaking-up pipe.
Insert into a forward part from above.
Tighten a bolt.
Insert the oil meter probe.
Lift the car.
Establish a sound signal.
Tighten a bolt.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires.
Establish a fixing clip.
Establish a forward covering.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires.
Fix a forward covering below.
Establish 3 clips.
Twirl 4 bolts of fastening.
Put 2 clamps.
Lower the car
Fix a forward covering from above.
Tighten 3 bolts of fastening.
Connect plugs of the rechargeable battery.
To fill the cooling system and remove from it air.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
