6.3.3. Replacement of tubes of the brake systemRemoval
Fill up a tank of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system to a tag of "MAX" and close by means of the special MKM-558-10 tool.

NOTE
Tubes of the brake system are generally delivered without connecting bolts and flarings. Use connecting bolts of the corresponding diameter in need of production of tubes of the brake system. Establish the corresponding connecting bolt on a tube of the brake system and a razvaltsuyta the end of a tube of the brake system. Pay attention to type of initial flaring.

Bend new tubes of the brake system, using a tube of the brake system which will be replaced, as model.

NOTE
Use the razvaltsovochny tool in order to avoid change of section.

Additional protective covers for tubes of the brake system have to be established in an initial arrangement.
Installation

ATTENTION
When replacing tubes of the brake system, you watch that they passed between electric lines. Attrition will lead to refusal of electric system. The distance between tubes of the brake system and electric lines has to be not less than 25 mm.

Lock bolts of all tubes of the brake system drag on the moment of 14 N · m.
Remove the special MKM-558-10 tool from a tank of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system.
Remove air from the brake system and check tightness.
Modify the level of brake fluid so that it was at a tag of "MAX".
