5.2.5. Check of hinges of equal angular speeds

Turn a wheel in any party against the stop. Hinges rigidly sit in the plastic inserts of rotary levers filled with long-term lubricant. They are protected from moisture and dirt by plastic covers.

Getting inside a metal crumb, sand and moisture can lead to formation of corrosion and destruction of the hinge.

Check a condition of covers on hinges. In case of detection of cracks and damages replace them.

Check an axial side play in hinges.
