3.2.4. Removal and installation of the transmission (F13)

NOTE
If the transmission is replaced, the elements which are listed below have to be replaced.

Coupling drive union.
Arm of the damping engine block.
Switching cable arm.
Back arm of the transmission.

Removal
Remove the lower cover of a motor compartment if it is established.
Remove the central muffler and a forward exhaust pipe.
Attach KM 6001-A to the case of a forward axis.
Weaken 2 bolts (arrow) directing to KM-6001-A.
Establish KM-6001-A as shown in the drawing.

NOTE
2 necks have to be in openings of the forward axis directing cases.

Tighten 2 bolts for adjustment tires.
Turn the forward basic bearing before contact with the directing pin of the forward damping engine block.

NOTE
The directing pins have to be located in basic bearings without gap.

Turn the back basic bearing before contact with the directing pin of a back arm of damping engine block.

NOTE
The directing pins have to be located in basic bearings without gap.

Remove the case of a forward axis.
Remove the case of the air filter with an air inlet hose.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires (4), the switch of lamps of a backing.
Close a tank of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system.
Fill a tank of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system to a tag of "MAX".
Disconnect the delivery pipeline with the union.

NOTE
Install below the pallet that brake fluid flowed out.

Unblock the holding collar the screw-driver and disconnect from the delivery pipeline.
Bend the holding collar it is a little and repeatedly install on the union.
Disconnect the left damping engine block.
Disconnect from the left arm of the damping engine block.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening.
Disconnect transmission top from the engine, having turned off 4 bolts of fastening (an arrow in the drawing).

NOTE
In case of need extend the cooling system pipeline up and fix by cable couplers.

ATTENTION
Do not damage plaits of wires and elements of fastening.

Lower the engine and the transmission approximately by 5 cm by means of the special MKM-883-1 tool.
Take out shaft of wheels from the transmission.
Install below the pallet that gearbox oil flowed out.

NOTE
Shaft of wheels remain in naves of wheels.

Attach shaft of wheels to the lower part of the car.
Close openings of shaft of wheels caps.
Disconnect the forward damping engine block from the transmission, having turned off 2 bolts of fastening.
Disconnect the transmission from the pallet, having turned off 3 bolts of fastening.
Disconnect a forward and back part of the transmission from the engine, having turned off 2 bolts of fastening.

ATTENTION
Do not damage plaits of wires and elements of fastening.

Remove the transmission.
Remove the transmission from the block of the engine and accurately lower.

Installation
Attach the transmission to the engine.
Be convinced of correctness of installation.
Lift and center the transmission.
Attach a forward and back part of the transmission to the engine and tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 60 N · m.
Install the pallet of the transmission and tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of 40 N · m.
Attach the forward damping engine block to the transmission and tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 80 N · m.
Establish shaft of wheels.
Lift the engine and the transmission by means of special MKM-883-1 adaptation.

NOTE
At installation of the case of a forward axis, make sure that the basic KM-6001-A bearing is properly located in the directing pin of the forward damping block of the engine and a back arm of damping engine block. In case of need, adjust adjusting position of the engine and transmission, using special MKM-883-1 adaptation.

Install the case of a forward axis.

NOTE
Do not install the central muffler, a forward exhaust pipe, the rechargeable battery and a support of the rechargeable battery.

Install the case of the air filter and a hose of an air inlet.
Install the left damping engine block.
Attach to the left support of the damping block of the engine and tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of 55 N · m.
Attach the transmission from above and tighten 4 bolts of fastening the moment of 60 N · m.
Attach the delivery pipeline with the union.

NOTE
The holding collar has to be latched.

Connect the socket of a plait of wires of the switch of lamps of a backing.
Disconnect special KM-6001-A adaptation from the case of a forward axis.
Install the central muffler and a forward exhaust pipe.
Check liquid level in the transmission.
Attach the lower cover of a motor compartment.

NOTE
In case of need adjust drafts of switching of the transmission.

Establish a support of the rechargeable battery.
Install the rechargeable battery.
Program volatile memory.
Remove air from the hydraulic drive of coupling.
